My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider out of a deep interest in supporting people through change, growth, and healing. Each step has reinforced my belief that therapy empowers clients to build resilience, improve relationships, and create healthier patterns.

My goals for you

I help clients meet their goals by working collaboratively to identify clear objectives and creating a structured plan to achieve them. I tailor interventions to each client's unique needs, whether building coping skills, improving communication, or strengthening family relationships.

Our first session

Your first session is an assessment and partnership-building meeting. We'll discuss the concerns that brought you in, relevant history, and any immediate needs. I'll ask what success looks like for you and we'll set initial goals. We'll agree on a treatment plan and session frequency.
