My communication style is professional, clear, and compassionate. I believe in being direct while also remaining respectful and approachable, so that clients feel supported and understood. I aim to provide guidance in a way that is structured and easy to follow, especially in high-conflict or court-involved situations where clarity is essential.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider out of a deep interest in supporting people through change, growth, and healing. Over the last two decades, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from children and teens to adults and couples, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

My goals for you

I help clients meet their goals by working collaboratively to identify clear objectives and creating a structured plan to achieve them. I tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs, whether that means building coping skills, improving communication, or strengthening family relationships.

Our first session

Your first therapy session is an assessment and partnership-building meeting. I’ll start by reviewing paperwork and confidentiality so you understand what to expect. Then we’ll talk about the concerns that brought you in, relevant history (family, medical, social), and any immediate needs or safety concerns.
