I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Claremont, CA, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have over 20 years of clinical practice in the state of California, working with children, adults, couples, and families.

My clients often seek help with healing and understanding issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, behavioral issues, relationship issues, and life stage transitions.

My approach is based on your individual needs, life circumstances, and areas of concern you're seeking to address. I utilize clinical interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Relational Therapy, and the Family Systems approach.

Our first session

The first session is referred to as the intake/assessment session, which provides an opportunity for the client to describe the reason they are seeking therapy, discuss the history of the problem areas, and the therapist providing an analysis of the problem areas and treatment recommendations.
