My communication style

Listening and really hearing what someone is saying is the foundation of communication. I believe in open, honest, non-judgmental communication. I am calm and supportive in helping you process and resolve your feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

After a traumatic event, I suffered in silence, not knowing what to do to find relief from my grief and pain. I found a therapist who helped me find my way back to a place of peace and joy. I wanted to help other people find serenity and stability, and began my next journey as a therapist.

I work with you to set achievable goals to help you restore harmony to your life. We will work collaboratively as you gain new insights and understanding.

Our first session

At your first session, we will get to know each other and how you would like your life to be different in the future. You set the pace and tone of therapy as we begin to discover the first steps of your journey.
