My name is Cecilia Vasquez, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of California and Colorado. With a combination of 28 years of experience in social work and clinical practice, I bring a wealth of expertise to help individuals and families navigate personal issues and life challenges.
My approach
My therapeutic approach centers around Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Based Therapy, Brief Short Term Counseling, and Evidence and Behavior Based Therapy. I believe in creating a respectful, trusting relationship with my clients, working together to find solutions and new perspectives that promote growth and positive change.
My focus
I work with individuals who are dealing with a variety of personal issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship issues, career and school concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and sleep problems. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to share your experiences and collaborate on strategies to improve your well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare
My path to mental healthcare began with earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, followed by a Master's in Social Work (MSW), a Ph.D. in International Psychology, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). This comprehensive educational background has equipped me with a multifaceted understanding of human behavior and the skills to effectively support individuals in their personal growth journeys.
