Hi there, I'm Flor!

I'm a bilingual Latina therapist supporting women, Latinx communities, college students, undocumented people, and young professionals. As a first-generation immigrant from Mexico, I understand navigating between cultures and family expectations. I help clients facing anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, and life changes.

My focus

I primarily work with women, first-generation Latino individuals, undocumented communities, college students, young professionals, and moms juggling everyday life’s challenges. Many of my clients face cultural pressures, questions about identity, and big life transitions. I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward.

My approach

My approach is grounded in compassion, culture, and collaboration. I pull from tools like the Trauma Resiliency Model, CBT, and narrative therapy, but more than anything, I meet you where you are. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s getting in the way, and tap into the strength you already have.
