I create a safe and healthy environment for myself and clients to openly discuss any feelings around issues with transparency and support. I like therapy to feel supportive and conversational while allowing challenging conversations to make connections and grow.

I am committed to helping others through a whole-person approach with a focus on mental health, normalizing emotions, and reducing stigma. It is okay to feel how you feel and learn to work through it.

I am transparent in discussing diagnosis, style of therapy, and goals in treatment. I explore motivation for change and commitment to therapy to understand my client even more and provide effective therapy.
