My communication style

My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment. That means I let you lead the conversation, and I talk less while listening more.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help and be of service to others. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves. If you can't change the whole world, change one person at a time.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish. This often starts by building trust and getting comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, we'll set goals and track your progress. It is about setting small goals to build confidence and taking it one day at a time.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend the majority of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently, and I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
