My approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I most commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address both internal and external factors affecting your mental health and help you find solutions that work for you.
