My communication style

Clients are given the opportunity to speak their true feelings in a safe, non-judgment environment. Therapy is about what the client wants to talk about and how comfortable they are with sharing certain issues. As we build rapport, I like to work alongside the client to formulate attainable goals and address issues that are important to the client.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been working in the mental health field for the past 10 years; I'm passionate about working with clients to find their own voice, to develop skills, and tackle the issues that are holding them back. I strive to support my clients in feeling confident in themselves, discovering how to manage and nurture their relationships.

My goals for you

When working with clients, it is important to identify and understand where they are coming from. When goal setting, it will be important to find out what some of the challenges are that they see that have a large impact in their everyday life and do not allow them to move forward in life.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and make sure my style of therapy works for you. We'll work in partnership to address your needs while utilizing your strengths and identifying what's important for you.
