Hi there, I'm Christine!

I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 22 years. I believe therapy to help oneself can be achieved through many different forms, not just communication-based. Mental wellness consists of many components, and I'd love the opportunity to help you explore and grow.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I support you in uncovering your inner strengths and developing strategies to cope with life's obstacles. My approach is integrative and client-centered, focusing on your unique needs and goals using cognitive-behavioral therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and Mindfulness.

My communication style

I provide a supportive, validating, and non-judgmental environment. We'll work together to identify your underlying feelings, understand where they come from, sit with those feelings, and then challenge them. I'll provide you with tools for quick relief and long-term change.
