My focus

I like to assist clients in better managing their Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Dissociative Disorders (DID), Eating Disorders, Emotional Disturbance, Impulse Control Disorders, Marital and Premarital Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Parenting, Personality Disorders, Psychosis, Relationship Issues, Esteem, Sex Therapy, Spirituality, Stress, SYMPIS certified, and Women's Issues.

My approach

I specialize in trauma therapy using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), helping to resolve the psychological and physiological impact of traumatic experiences. I also support couples in strengthening their relationship through evidence-based methods, including The Gottman Method, SYMBIS, and Prepare & Enrich.

Clients often describe my sessions as grounding, compassionate, and insightful—an environment that encourages honesty, self-awareness, and lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

With a strong foundation in both clinical and spiritual care, I bring a holistic lens to the work I do. I hold three master’s degrees: Christian Theological Studies – St. Athanasius School of Theology, Spiritual Care & Counseling – Claremont School of Theology, and Marriage and Family Therapy – University of the West.

I am committed to helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves, work through anxiety, guilt, shame, and depression, and create new meaning from past experiences.
