My focus
I work with adults who are going through stress and may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or difficulty communicating with friends or family. My clients often find they have difficulty speaking up or setting boundaries at home or at work, and become overwhelmed by doing too much.
My approach
In therapy, we'll work together to develop skills to protect your emotional space without disconnecting from others and manage the dynamics of family, friendships, and workplace interactions, so that you can engage with empathy without taking on the stress. I use a combination of approaches, including EMDR, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
