My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my Master of Arts (MA) degree from Phillips Graduate Institute in Chatsworth, CA, from September 1998 to September 2000. This education provided the foundation for my career as a therapist.

My goals for you are to help you gain clarity on what you want in life, develop effective coping skills, improve your relationships, and ultimately achieve greater life satisfaction and emotional well-being. I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for your growth.

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and start to explore your goals. I will gather some background information, and we will begin to develop a plan for how to best support you.
