I believe each person holds the wisdom to find their best solutions, and therapy provides space to understand yourself and what you need for positive change. I'm passionate about helping you cultivate loving relationships and find deeper fulfillment.

My focus

I work with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I have a special interest in supporting women's issues, including infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, and parenthood.

My approach is Person-Centered and Relational. I meet you with empathy, non-judgment, and a genuine desire to understand your experience. I believe clarity and healing arise when you feel heard and understood. I offer a safe space to process past traumas, cultivate movement in stagnant areas, and uncover limiting thoughts holding you back.

My style is warm, open, and collaborative. I believe our relationship is itself therapeutic, so respect and acceptance are foundational. I listen without judgment and hold a safe, private space for you to reflect on your feelings and experiences to facilitate healing and positive growth.
