I typically work with clients who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives and are willing to do the hard work it may take. From depression and anxiety, life transitions, grief & loss, and relationship issues, I work hard alongside you to help you reach your goals.

Facing changes and challenges alone can be incredibly difficult. I believe everyone deserves a compassionate and understanding supporter to help during these times. I strive to offer my clients a safe environment free of judgment for gentle exploration of what is getting in the way of living an authentic, courageous, fulfilling life.

I offer a safe and compassionate environment for clients to feel comfortable sharing and growing. I am neither too directive nor passive; I will work as hard as you do to help you reach your goals. I will challenge you and help you get outside of your comfort zone so you can grow.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to helping people, have been a natural leader and problem-solver, and throughout my own therapeutic journey, realized my calling to this vocation. It's an honor to watch people grow and create lives they love.

We set goals collaboratively; I listen to your presenting problems, desires, and evaluate your willingness to commit. Then, together we will identify realistic and attainable goals and create a path to getting there.

Our first session

We will review what to expect in therapy, learn a little bit about each other, work to establish initial trust, set some goals, and hopefully have fun.
