I'm a twenty-year veteran in the health and wellness industry, and I believe that true happiness is comprised of many components: a healthy emotional state, relationships, social support, meaning and purpose, assertive communication, and a healthy body.

Integrating my past expertise in health promotion and physiology combined with my experience as a therapist, I focus on the whole person with an existential and solution-focused platform. My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Masters of Arts (MA) degree from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, CA, where I studied from January 2011 to April 2013.
