My communication style is strengths-based, warm, accommodating, and personable. I aim to make you feel comfortable talking about anything and pride myself on remaining attentive and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic space. You can expect to feel seen and validated when meeting with me.

I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people and make a positive impact on their lives.

My goals for you

My approach in goal setting with clients is to collaboratively work together to define what is important to you and what you would like to accomplish during our time together. In order for us to do that, our first step together would be to build genuine trust between us, and also get comfortable with what it means to you to be in therapy.

Our first session

What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about how you have been feeling recently, and for me to empathetically ask questions in order to gain insight and understanding of parts of why you may be feeling that way.
