My approach
Caroline's approach is about what fits the client. I use various modalities to meet their needs and create a therapeutic approach that feels suitable and comfortable for their personality. This process will be offered in a safe, caring, supportive environment with compassion and free of shame and judgment.
My focus
Caroline works with young individuals, women, teens, children, and families who have trouble setting boundaries in relationships. Clients who feel overwhelmed and isolated. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, unresolved trauma and/or relationship troubles, self-esteem, self-confidence, or codependency.
My communication style
Caroline provides a safe, caring, supportive environment with compassion and free of shame and judgment.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am committed to empowerment, meaning, and connection and am often in awe of the human ability to create change and heal. It’s not always easy, but as the saying goes “life begins at the end of your comfort zone” (Neale Donald Walsch). I have always had a deep connection with the power of the human mind and the importance of emotional well-being. That's why I chose to become a mental health therapist to make a real difference in people's lives.
My goals for you
Caroline creates treatment plans with the client and reviews them every 3 months to monitor the progress the client is making.
My first session with you
Caroline actively listens to her clients to open up and share about their present issues. Caroline introduces herself and shares with the client what would they expect during the treatment.
