My communication style is easy-going, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Sessions feel like a real conversation, where we can talk openly, laugh when it helps, and work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health began while providing in-home parenting support, where meaningful conversations during home visits sparked my interest in emotional well-being. Those experiences inspired me to continue my education in the mental health field, where I could further support individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges.

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and tailored to your needs. We’ll identify your goals together and move forward at a pace that feels comfortable, supportive, and sustainable, with a focus on meaningful, lasting change.
