My focus
My ideal client would be an individual facing challenges in different life domains as a result of experiencing trauma in their lives. If you are an individual who has felt in a freeze, flight, and or fight state due to their trauma, then I am here to tell you healing is a possibility with the right guidance because time doesn't heal wounds.
My approach
I ultimately believe the client is the expert in their own lives, and I meet them where they are in their stage of change. I draw from an array of evidence-based approaches e.g., humanistic, CBT, IFS, narrative, etc. I strive to foster trust through active listening, respect, and a collaborative therapeutic process.
