As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a professional background in Child Welfare, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered approach and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in building resilience and achieving meaningful change.

I am committed to being open and honest with you, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. I’ll listen with care and intention, offering empathy, curiosity, and gentle reflection as we explore whatever you’re experiencing. I’m also bilingual and can provide services in both English and Spanish.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to the helping profession because I believe each person deserves a life where mental health struggles do not limit their potential. I chose this field because of a commitment to addressing the stigma that frequently accompanies mental health issues in cultures such as my own, where emotional expression is not commonly encouraged.
