I strive to set a calm, emotionally safe tone and encourage honest reflection while remaining supportive, nonjudgmental, and attuned to each person’s unique pace and experience.

My path to becoming a therapist grew out of a longstanding interest in human relationships, emotional development, and the ways people find meaning and resilience through life’s challenges.My work in cross cultural services, deepened my understanding of the importance of compassionate, thoughtful support during difficult times and life transitions
