Younghee-Christina Lowrie

Hi there, I'm Younghee-Christina!

My legal name is Christina Lowrie, but I go by my Korean name Younghee. I believe in the unconscious and moving the body.

My focus

I work with mostly adults and have experience with adolescents. I have experience with relational issues, depression, and anxiety. I think transitional life phases are fascinating, and I believe 'middle-age issues' are highly undervalued. I believe it is never too late to make changes.

My approach

My modality is psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and experimental. I think exercise, sunlight, and being in service, cultivating a purpose, are crucial to sound mental health.
