VERIFIED CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Jayme!

I believe growth and healing can begin in a safe, nurturing, and trusting space.

My focus

I enjoy working with children, adolescents/teens, young adults, and families. Most of my experience has been in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, behavioral/conduct issues, adjustment and transitional-related concerns, relational issues, domestic violence, foster care/adoption, and at-risk youth.

My approach

I use a client-centered/humanistic approach to therapy and prioritize connecting with my clients. Other approaches I find helpful and use throughout the course of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), strength-based, solution-focused, and teleplay therapy.
