I work with adults of all ages and specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, substance abuse, and life transitions using an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Techniques, and Mindfulness.

My style and approach are a good fit for individuals navigating life's challenges, whether internal or external. I help clients manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, and build skills to feel better about themselves and their world.

My approach to therapy is eclectic and varied to suit individual client needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing Techniques to build a comprehensive understanding of their reality and collaborate to determine a way forward.

My communication style is open, non-judgmental, and supportive. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable talking with me about anything. It's my privilege to be your support as you move towards your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always enjoyed helping people. In particular, I value the connection and non-judgmental support that I can provide to those in need around me. I enjoy helping people to accept and love themselves as they are, even as they work to change those behaviors and/or situations that no longer serve them.

My goals for you

My method of approaching goal setting with clients is one of collaboration; it’s my job to work with my clients to determine what they want to achieve in our time together.

Our first session

What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend time together talking about how you've been feeling recently or currently, and for me to ask questions to gain a better understanding of you and your life experiences, as well as those issues and/or symptoms that you are looking to address.
