My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider because I genuinely believe in partnering with patients, empowering them with knowledge, supporting them in their goals, and providing care that respects their individual values and circumstances. It’s a privilege to walk with people on their healing journey, and it’s a responsibility I approach with empathy and respect.

My goals for you

I begin by working with clients to clarify what they want to change or improve. This often involves exploring their values, priorities, and motivations. Identifying specific problems or symptoms they want relief from distinguishing long-term hopes from short-term, realistic steps as this ensures goals feel personally meaningful rather than imposed.

Our first session with me is designed to be comfortable, collaborative, and pressure-free. You don’t need to prepare anything special, we’ll go at your pace. We’ll start by talking about what brought you here. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready to. There are no right or wrong answers, just your story, in your own words.
