I help individuals and families manage life's difficulties. I specialize in depression, anxiety, addictions, identity, and sexuality issues. I am here to support and guide you in times of transition, such as divorce, career change, and death.

My focus

I work with individuals of all ages, including adolescents aged 13-17. I have extensive experience helping people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, gender identity and sexual orientation issues, life transitions, and family conflict.

My approach

I offer individual and family therapy for adults and children. My approach integrates 12-step recovery principles for addictions, Cognitive/Behavioral therapy techniques, Solution-Focused interventions, and a strength-based perspective that includes developing one's spiritual life.

I began my journey in mental healthcare after obtaining my degree. This experience solidified my passion for supporting people through life's challenges and helping them build resilience.

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and explore your hopes and goals collaboratively. I will gather some background information to better understand your unique story and current situation. Most importantly, we will begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
