My journey to mental healthcare

For as long as I can remember, I've always had a caring heart for others and wanted to see them at their best. My desire to see others live a life filled with peace and joy through the good and bad is what drives me as a counselor.

My goals for you

I strive to balance goals between short-term solutions focused on building hope and a feeling of accomplishment, and long-term goals that make lasting change.

Our first session

During the first session, there will be some mandated information I have to go through. After that, it will be your chance to share information while I listen. My goal is to intently get to know you and begin developing a treatment plan that will be most successful in getting you to your goals.
