My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a therapist because I'm the person individuals are drawn to when they need support. Becoming a therapist gave me the background to be able to support individuals therapeutically, drawing from evidence-based practices.

My goals for you

I believe in creating goals collaboratively with you; you know why you're here and why you scheduled this session. That's where we start.

Our first session

In the first session, we will review what prompted you to schedule, and we will review anything you believe is important at this time. We will complete foundational work, including discussing your expectations, discussing what our process together might look like, where you want to go, and how we get you there.
