My client focus includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, weight loss challenges, eating disorders, and pre/post bariatric surgery support. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgemental space where clients can gain insight, and develop practical coping skills.

My communication style is warm, approachable, and direct. I strive to create a safe space for clients to feel heard and feel respected while balancing empathy with honest, thoughtful feedback. I believe in open collaboration, meeting clients where they are, and communicating in a way that is both supportive and empowering.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental health provider was driven by a passion for helping others and a belief in the power of genuine human connection. Along the way, I gained experience working with families and individuals facing a variety of life's challenges which strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate evidence based care.
