I specialize in helping adults, children, and couples navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and grief. I have a deep heart for those healing from emotional, physical, or spiritual abuse. Since 1985, I have been honored to provide specialized care for Veterans and their families, and understanding the unique sacrifices.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up in a family of helping professionals shaped my desire to help others and sparked my curiosity about human behavior. These early influences instilled values of compassion and empathy, leading me to believe in people’s capacity for growth and change, guiding me to support clients in their healing journeys.
