I have a diverse training background that includes Clinical Trauma, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mental Health Integrated Medicine. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges.

Some of my passions include ADHD, substance use, anger management, anxiety, career counseling, codependency, coping skills, depression, divorce, domestic violence, grief, life transitions, marital and pre-marital issues, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, and spirituality.

My approach to therapy is based on the premise that the whole person needs healing: body, mind, and spirit. I believe that whether you call your core soul, spirit, heart, energy, Chee, or global consciousness, all parts of us are interconnected.
