My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a deep interest in how trauma and attachment shape us. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, but my focus is on adults facing anxiety, relationships, and trauma. I’m motivated by helping clients reconnect with their strengths and grow through life’s challenges.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your background and current challenges to understand how to best support you. It’s normal to feel nervous. We’ll take it step by step, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
