I help people feel better and grow by creating a safe, respectful, warm, compassionate space to understand problems, find solutions, and develop effective coping strategies. I treat anxiety, depression, relationship issues, codependence, stress, self-esteem, and social anxiety.

I work with adults in individual and couples therapy who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and codependence. These struggles affect people of all ages and walks of life.

I draw on a variety of approaches depending on the specific problem, most commonly CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, MBCT, and Humanistic. My focus is making a real connection that helps you understand yourself and develop tools that work for your life.

My communication style

I know your struggles can be hard to talk about, whether you've told your story to countless professionals or can't imagine sharing with a stranger. I strive to make our conversations easy, comfortable, and safe, with a feeling of relief and hope that you're on the path to real change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was first drawn to psychology through my own struggles with depression and family dysfunction in high school. I wanted to understand and fix the problems. I've realized there's a need for professionals who compassionately provide a safe environment for healing.

My goals for you

Goals point us in the direction we want to go and keep us on task. I believe it's crucial for both client and therapist to establish initial goals and reassess them at intervals. You bring the goals to treatment, and we collaborate to clarify and develop them further.
