My approach
I utilize approaches depending on your needs. I'm trained in Eastern and Western psychologies. We can work longer term exploring unconscious roots using dreams and Jungian psychology, or short term using Brainspotting, Music Imagery Therapy, and CBT for healing trauma and PTSD.
