My journey to mental healthcare

I believe that therapeutic tools and working with the right therapist can provide anyone with a life that makes them happier, safer, and more fulfilled. Everyone has the right to live a life that they feel answers their questions, meets their needs, and keeps their goals within reach.

My goals for you

Some clients arrive with goals already in mind. Others need support in articulating their goals using a collaborative approach. I encourage clients to step slowly into problem-solving to avoid feeling overwhelmed and to feel maximally effective as they work toward their goals.

Our first session

Clients should anticipate a conversation about boundary setting, privacy in the therapeutic relationship, and support from the people in their lives. Their needs, expectations, hopes, and goals should be primary in the first conversation as well. They should expect to consider the critical importance of a good fit in a therapeutic relationship.
