I work with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as couples hoping to strengthen their relationships and communication. I also have experience working with Veterans and those impacted by military service, allowing me to support the unique challenges that often arise in these situations.

I use a combination of treatment modalities to help you gain insight, learn practical tools, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
