I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, and community mental health settings. I provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
My focus
I work with children, adolescents, Transitional Age Youth, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and serious mental health concerns. I also support clients experiencing school, behavioral, cultural, and identity-related stressors.
My approach
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs. I use evidence-based practices including mindfulness and strengths-based therapy, and am certified in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Together, we build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical tools to support healing, growth, and emotional wellness.
