My journey to mental healthcare

I was born to be in a helping profession. I have always cared deeply about the well-being of others. Many people very close to me had significant struggles with their mental health during my growing up. My experience being there for them motivated me to pursue a career in mental healthcare to help individuals live fulfilling lives.

My goal is to support you in overcoming challenges, building self-acceptance, and moving toward the life you envision for yourself.

Our first session

In our first session, I will focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to identify your goals for our work together.
