Hi there, I'm LaQuista!

It is always an honor for me to see clients through some of their most challenging situations, share their wins, and witness their progress.

My focus

I specialize in treating depression and anxiety. Much of my previous experience involves working with professional women of color who struggle with interpersonal relationships and have a history of trauma.

My approach

I am trained to treat numerous issues, ranging from stress management to more serious mental illness. I am always client-centered and provide a supportive environment for my clients to be successful in meeting their goals.

We will collaborate on a treatment plan using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, and other approaches tailored to your needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

After recognizing that many of my clients, particularly women, struggled with self-care, I shifted to address this concern. I am a veteran and have a deep understanding of the challenges many face.
