Many people experience anxiety, depression, and many other emotional struggles. Often people feel there is no one they can trust and no one who can understand them. The impact of this emotional suffering can make daily life painful. It can put strain on relationships with family, friends, and peers. I specialize in working with male and female individuals and have found that there are similar challenges that we all face while trying to navigate through our daily lives.
My approach
I have an eclectic approach which encompasses an examination of past relationships (family, friends, partners) coupled with the practical approach of finding usable solutions to improve daily life.
My focus
Typically the clients that I work with have not been feeling like themselves and this has led to struggles with their loved ones and/or coworkers and friends.
My communication style
People need a place where they can get an onset and objective point of view. People also need to develop healthy tools and skills to confront challenges. I engage individuals in a way that allows them to share their thoughts and feelings, while respectfully challenging unhealthy beliefs.

We will identify the areas of your life that you would like to explore and possibly change, and work on creating goals that we can measure and track over time.
My first session with you
During the first session we will explore what has been bothering you and form the goals based on where you would like to see yourself in the future.
