I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I am bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. I see clients who are battling depression, anxiety, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorders, ADHD, autism, family conflict, and life changes.
My focus
I work with clients ages five and above who are currently struggling with changes in family, school, and work environment. I also work with clients battling an illness or the loss of a loved one. I work with minors, adults, and families.
My approach
The common modalities that I use with clients are , cognitive therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. I assess each client's situation and use modalities based on what will best support the client. I help clients develop healthy coping skills and emotion regulation strategies.
