I enjoy an exploratory, collaborative, and honest style of communication to support you. My hope is to meet you human-to-human and facilitate a safe, welcoming environment to discuss whatever is on your mind.

My journey to mental healthcare

I discovered my passion for supporting others through my work with people with disabilities. Witnessing the impact of genuine presence and care inspired me to pursue a career in mental health. I continue to find my passion through every client I work with.

My goals for you

I support my clients in reaching their goals through a collaborative, ongoing process. I like to use SMART goals because they bring clarity, motivation, and a sense of real progress. Together, we figure out what you want to work on, break it into manageable steps, and check in regularly to adjust and celebrate your growth.

I believe the first session should feel low-pressure—a space where we can simply show up, talk openly, and explore what’s bringing you into therapy.
