My communication style

I am a very direct, tell it like it is person, but do so with caring and compassion. I create a safe, warm, non-judgmental environment that enables my clients to open up and feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

Even as a child, I knew I wanted to be in a helping profession. My own life experiences further solidified that, and being able to turn those into a way to help others deal with their own adverse experiences has been very beneficial to me both personally as well as in my career as a therapist.

My goals for you

We will work collaboratively to identify the areas that need to be addressed in therapy and come up with a plan to reach these goals that includes identifying patterns of behavior that are hindering growth, as well as learning new tools and strategies to help change these behaviors.
