My communication style

I tend to be soft-spoken, and I let the client guide the session. I am probably less directive than the average therapist. I allow the client to do most of the talking. I use humor in my sessions at times. Humor is a great coping skill.

My journey to mental healthcare

I enjoy making connections with people and seeing them grow. I have had my own mental health struggles, so I can relate to what it feels like when things aren't going well.
