My journey to mental healthcare

I had substance abuse issues growing up, and as I got sober, I found that therapy greatly helped me to live without substances and find greater satisfaction in life. I believe that therapy and sobriety have saved my life, and I seek to help others in the same way.

My goals for you

I will explore with you which goals you would like to pursue. My job is to help you remove the barriers to reaching those goals.
