I am a mental health professional with a decade of experience in the field. My passion lies in helping individuals reach their highest potential and thrive in life.

In each session, my aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where any issue can be openly discussed. I strive to create an atmosphere that fosters personal growth and enables you to accomplish your goals.

My focus

I work with individuals and couples, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, trauma and PTSD.

I engage in open, honest dialogue to create a safe space for sharing. My communication style is warm and supportive, focused on understanding your unique perspective and experiences. I listen attentively and offer insightful reflections to help you gain clarity and work towards your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey in mental healthcare began in 2011, working at various organizations including Masada Homes, Children's Bureau, and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health-Juvenile Justice. Through these experiences spanning from 2011 to 2016, I developed my skills and grew passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
