She is amazing. She listens and helps me work to be better. She gives me tools to work on my areas, and she helps me understand myself.
VERIFIED PATIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Kristen!

Congrats on taking your first step, or continuing your personal wellness journey! I'm an LCSW & I've been working with individuals from all walks of life since '05.

My focus

My professional experience includes early childhood education, adolescent special education, adult prison re-entry, addiction rehabilitation, and, most recently, serving high-functioning adults in private practice. Therefore, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon in order to assist my clients.

My approach

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy, in addition to holistic methods. These strategies allow us to address current challenges, process past trauma, and unravel long-standing patterns.
