I specialize in substance use disorders and eating disorders. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also support those seeking to shine as their true and authentic selves, exploring areas where they feel stuck and need to move energy.

I integrate various healing modalities to fully support the mind, body, and soul. We heal from the inside out, exploring the causes and conditions of what is making us the way we are, and how we can change to create the life we desire. A spiritual approach employing manifestation and mindfulness can help us get where we need to be.
