My communication style

I consider myself gentle and direct. I am an active and empathetic listener aiming to create a non-judgmental environment. While we're working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm, patient, and offer grounded direction when needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

Life circumstances called for me to reevaluate my relationships and what I attracted into my life. Through this process, I reconnected with my love of art making and rediscovered the healing powers that art holds. I want to challenge sexual taboos and repair the sexual shame that many adults experience.

My goals for you

I emphasize setting goals and treatment plans written in your voice. To support your goals, I like to make them measurable so we can check in on progress throughout treatment. For each goal, we will identify small stepping stones to help you reach your final goal.

Our first session

In our first session, I will review informed consent and the limits of confidentiality. We will start simply by you sharing what brings you to therapy, and from there I will ask questions that help me complete an assessment. We will work together to create concrete goals for therapy that reflect your voice.
